Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 Business Days (if available)
Express Shipping: 1–2 Business Days (if available)

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
